Combatants Consultants Obligation
It will be Combatant Consultants responsibility for
identification of requisite candidate for the said position,
hence we offer commitment period of 1 year from the day & date
of joining of the candidate, and this means the candidate
referred for the profile will remain our responsibility, For any
reasons, should the employer find candidate not fitting the bill
, he may take actions as per the company policy , while it will
be our obligation to identify the replacement for the same
position within a months time, provided this notice period is
granted.
Once the candidate is transferred or deputed
to any other location or is confirmed by the employer, in such
circumstances it will be considered end to all the obligations
of the Combatants Consultants.
Employers Obligation
At Combatant Consultants we expect fair amount of transparency &
confidentiality be maintained by the employer while recruiting
at all levels, we assume, we are updated fully on the grounds a
candidate is not preferred by the employer for the said
position, these may include any technical or personal reasons,
we feel this should be fairly updated to the disqualified
candidate & offer him a chance to improve.
